The final photos from the Holland on paper show & the 60s show, Hippie Chic. Can't believe it was 3 years ago already. Like the 60s, in some ways it seems like yesterday and others like forever ago.

2013-11: first tranche

First of a slew of photos from Nov., 2013, including the requisite cat photos and many pretties from the MFA (the wonderful "Holland on paper: Innovative works of Dutch graphic design from the late 19th and early 20th centuries" exhibition, which began, apparently with many pieces by the multi-styled Jan Toorop). It remains to be seen whether the leaves will be so colorful this year - so far, due to the drought, they're mostly turning brown & falling off.

Taking a break from posting my own pictures to include some from my Ravelry friend, HRH Purple Queen.

Fortunately got some tootling in before leaving to teach today. Now I'm too pooped to pop - or toot. Teaching for 1.5 hours takes 4 hours including travel time on the bus. Maybe it's time to start driving?
