2014-July-08 The Journey Home
Some final shots from in & around Guus' & Hein's house, and a video taken from the bus at Heathrow, giving you a glimpse of the dramatic cloudscape and an idea of what it's like to ride on the "wrong" side of the road. Bad news re the clouds: they signaled a front coming through that kept us trapped at the gate for an hour; the good news: it gave me time to watch three whole movies on the trip to Logan.

2014.07.07 Mauritshuis day first
Apparently no photos taken on the 6th - so I sadly don't remember what happened that day. :| On the 7th Guus and I went to den Haag to see the newly-reopened Mauritshuis. There were so few people there that, since it had only opened June 28, I don't think many people realized they were opening it on Mondays for the first few months anticipating crowds. The first few shots are from inside Guus' & Hein's lovely house.
