2015-03-05: lakeside picnic, Negev desert & Machtesh Ramon

More pix today from that first day of the trip south, including our picnic on the shores of Lake Yeruham, and shots of the Negev desert (you can bet I was happy to visit that in the spring) & Machtesh Ramon.

Believe it or not I think there was a no fishing sign posted somewhere.




Unfortunately saw no camels along the highway.
