I've survived my second colonoscopy and only 5 years to go before I get to do it again. Oh, yipee.


Beautiful weather here the past few days - low 70s F for the highs, FINALLY.




Fall schedule kicks in next week with Melrose rehearsals Monday, teaching Tues. (home), Wed (Northeastern - I have 3 students there this semester) & Th (home) & acupuncture on Friday. Usually when I think I have something planned every day of a week something gets cancelled. Stay tuned.
