2016-02-29: Akko (or Acre)

Photos today from in & around Akko (who knew the Eng. equivalent was Acre?), one of the oldest continuously inhabited sites in the region (or the world?), where we toured the Knights Templar ruins (where Jan discovered this cramped tunnel that featured something I think was most likely not original), and strolled along its ramparts. As is often the case, Muslim & Christian houses of worship were practically cheek by jowl.
